Burnout was my wake-up call. In a single year at medical school, I completed two dissertations, authored a scientific paper at Queen's Square Neurology, and led my basketball team to the National Quarter Finals. On the surface, things looked great. By the end though, I was completely spent — I didn't leave my bed for a week and lacked energy to do the things I wanted to do.

That experience sparked a decade-long obsession. I wanted to know: how can we achieve extra-ordinary professional success without sacrificing our health? Through years of research, experimentation, and postgraduate training in Lifestyle Medicine, I discovered how to create balance without losing ambition.

The results transformed my life. I graduated from one of the UK's top universities with an academic prize, completed GP training with above-average results, and spoke at TEDx about my journey. I've cycled from London to Paris, completed Hyrox fitness races, and taken on the infamous FanDance — a brutal UK Special Forces challenge. Most importantly, my relationships have deepened and I've learned how to enjoy the process.

Now, I share this with others. Having consulted with tens of thousands of patients, I founded The Vital Room to help clients transform their health and performance.
